The Office of Vital Records is charged with the responsibility of maintaining a uniform system for the registration of live births, deaths, and fetal deaths. You can obtain birth, death and fetal death certificates for events that occurred within the current year and one-year prior from Vital Records by calling (951) 358-5068.
